St. Peter/ St. Francis School offers a full academic curriculum, including Religion, Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Geography, Foreign Language, Physical Education, Music, Art and computer integration throughout the curriculum. The Curriculum is enhanced with Book Fairs, Science and Geography Fairs, Writing Fairs and Technology Presentations and Concerts.

The curriculum follows the academic policies and guidelines as mandated by the Archdiocese of Hartford. The School believes that students learn in many different ways and therefore provides a curriculum which uses a variety of instructional materials and methods.

According to test results, St. Peter/ St. Francis students score very well. Teaching is geared to meet individual needs. 

St. Peter/ St. Francis School's guiding beliefs are based on Christian values as a way of life. The needs of each student are addressed through a strong academic program as well as social, emotional and spiritual support. Our Christian outlook encourages students to take responsibility in all their decisions.

Extracurricular Activities include: Brownies/Cub Scouts, Student Council, Basketball, Cheerleading, Soccer Clinic, Ski Club and Choir.

Religious Activities include: Altar Servers, Weekly Mass, First Friday Mass, May Crowning, Blessing of Animals, Stations of the Cross, Saints Presentations and Rosary.
